Beth McKellar, Registered Massage Therapist

My Philosophy

In today’s fast-paced environment massage can provide a wonderful moment of tranquility. I am a strong believer in the healing effects of massage therapy.   Regular treatment guides your mind and body into total relaxation.  It helps the mind to let go, to drift into reverie.  It enhances the ability to meditate and breathe rhythmically so that everyday stress can be dealt with more calmly. This makes a large contribution to the maintenance of optimal health and well-being.
